Terms & Conditions
Welcome to Travel To Nepal. By booking a trip with us, you agree to the following Terms & Conditions. Please read them carefully.
1. Booking & Confirmation
- All bookings must be made in writing (email or booking form).
- A deposit of 25 % of the total trip cost is required to confirm your booking.
- The balance must be paid 30 days before the trip starts.
2. Payment
- We accept payments via bank transfer, credit card, or other agreed methods.
- Any transaction fees or bank charges must be covered by the client.
- Prices are quoted in USD (or specify currency) unless stated otherwise.
3. Cancellation by the Client
- Cancellations must be sent in writing.
- Cancellation fees apply as follows:
- 30 days before the trip starts โ Full refund minus deposit.
- 30-15 days before trip start โ 50% of total trip cost charged.
- Less than 15 days before trip start โ No refund.
4. Cancellation by the Company
- We reserve the right to cancel a trip due to unforeseen circumstances (natural disasters, political unrest, insufficient participants, etc.).
- In such cases, we will offer an alternative trip or a full refund.
5. Travel Insurance
- All clients must have valid travel insurance covering medical expenses, accidents, evacuation, and trip cancellation.
- Proof of insurance may be requested before departure.
6. Health & Safety
- Clients are responsible for ensuring they are physically fit for the trip.
- Please inform us of any medical conditions in advance.
- We are not liable for injuries, illnesses, or accidents beyond our control.
7. Itinerary Changes
- The itinerary may be adjusted due to weather, road conditions, health of participants, or other unavoidable factors.
- Our guide/leader has full authority to make final decisions for the safety and comfort of the group.
8. Liability
- Travel To Nepal is not responsible for loss, theft, damage of personal belongings, flight delays, cancellations, or extra costs due to circumstances beyond our control.
- Clients participate at their own risk.
9. Visas & Permits
- Clients are responsible for obtaining the necessary Nepal entry visa and permits.
- We can assist with guidance but cannot be held responsible for visa refusal.
10. Complaints
- Any complaints should be raised immediately with your guide or tour leader.
- If not resolved on the spot, please contact our office in writing within 7 days of trip completion.
11. Governing Law
- These Terms & Conditions are governed by the laws of Nepal.
