Terms and Conditions of Travel To Nepal
Welcome to Travel To Nepal. By booking a trip with us, you agree to the following Terms & Conditions. Please read them carefully.
Booking & Confirmation
- All bookings must be made in writing (email or booking form).
- A deposit of 30 % of the total trip cost is required to confirm your booking.
- The balance is paid upon arrival in Kathmandu before the trek commences.
Payment
- We accept payments via bank transfer, credit card, or other agreed methods.
- Any transaction fees or bank charges must be covered by the client.
- Prices are quoted in USD (or specify currency) unless stated otherwise.
Cancellation by the Client
- Cancellations must be sent in writing.
- Cancellation fees apply as follows:
- 30 days or more before arrival: 100% Full Refund.
- 20 days before arrival: 70% Refund.
- 7 days before arrival: 40% Refund.
- Within 2 days or No-show: No Refund.
Cancellation by the Company
- We reserve the right to cancel a trip due to unforeseen circumstances (natural disasters, political unrest, insufficient participants, etc.).
- In such cases, we will offer an alternative trip or a full refund.
Travel Insurance
- All clients must have valid travel insurance covering medical expenses, accidents, evacuation, and trip cancellation.
- Proof of insurance may be requested before departure.
Health & Safety
- Clients are responsible for ensuring they are physically fit for the trip.
- Please inform us of any medical conditions in advance.
- We are not liable for injuries, illnesses, or accidents beyond our control.
Itinerary Changes
- The itinerary may be adjusted due to weather, road conditions, health of participants, or other unavoidable factors.
- Our guide/leader has full authority to make final decisions for the safety and comfort of the group.
- The client is liable to bear the cost of any additional nights in a hotel, should flights be delayed or canceled.
Liability
- Travel To Nepal is not responsible for loss, theft, damage of personal belongings, flight delays, cancellations, or extra costs due to circumstances beyond our control.
- Clients participate at their own risk.
Complaints
- Any complaints should be raised immediately with your guide or tour leader.
- If not resolved on the spot, please contact our office in writing within 7 days of trip completion.
Travel Insurance
- All clients must have valid travel insurance covering medical expenses, accidents, evacuation, and trip cancellation.
- Proof of insurance may be requested before departure.
- Our insurance policy covers our staff
